I did as you asked, and asked her if she knows anything about AI.
She was puzzled why I'm suddenly showing an interest in Artificial Insemination. Is it another woman?
The conversation stopped at that point.

I'm planning a family walking holiday on the west coast of Scotland. Various brochs may be visited. Probably the ones near breweries and distilleries. Coincidence, causation or correlation yet to be determined.

It's OK, Borry, you can tell the others.
PS I liked Dun Troddin. Hatty's moving house and giving up her walking so she'll be able to use that.

Prolonged periods of persistent precipitation precluded perusal.
i.e. rain stopped play.
Will try again when wife, weather & work permits.

I was offline for four hours yesterday because Virgin had issues. I wouldn't mention it except my landline was offline (or whatever it's called) too which I thought wasn't supposed to happen. They sent me a mobile text at nine saying it had happened and another one at one to say they'd found the dubry, which is something I suppose.
I haven't checked but I would have been in line for compensation if it had been four and a half hours (it varies).
